GEMCORE is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and computer skills, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have experience in customer service or a healthcare environment.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Excellent verbal and computer skills
- Effective at retaining and disseminating health insurance plan information
- Ability to learn the products and receive training through virtual methods
- At least 1+ years of experience in a customer service organizations or healthcare environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment
- Word processing skill of 40 WPM
