Job Description
GEMCORE is seeking a highly motivated Diabetes Care Advisor to join their high energy team. The role involves serving as the main point of contact for patients and coordinating their healthcare needs with physicians, insurance companies, and manufacturers. The advisor will provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Insurance background and/or medical experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a consumer service organization or healthcare environment
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
