Diabetes Care Advisor - Concierge/Non-Clinical - Onsite/Hybrid

GEMCORE is seeking a highly motivated Diabetes Care Advisor to join their team. The Diabetes Care Advisor will serve as the main point of contact for each patient and coordinate their healthcare professional, insurance benefits, insulin pump, and continuous glucose orders with physician offices and insurances.

Requirements

• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Insurance background and/or medical experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a consumer service organization or healthcare environment
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
