Job Description
EE Foods is seeking a Refrigeration Technician at their Pacific Star plant in Kenai, Alaska. The role involves maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment using both freon and ammonia systems, including compressors, control valves, pumps, and electrical components. This position requires team player skills, self-direction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment.
- Assist with the repair and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
- Assist with the operation of ammonia or freon refrigeration systems.
- Maintain current and accurate documentation of refrigeration and maintenance activities.
- Develop familiarity with SOPs, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborate with the safety manager to identify potential hazards.
