Job description
The Insurance Strategist will play a critical role in Wellington's global insurance business, building, scaling, and institutionalizing insurance solutions capability. The role is responsible for building scalable tools, systems, and processes that support insurance-specific Strategic Asset Allocation and portfolio analysis.
Lead and execute insurance-specific SAA work, including asset-liability considerations, regulatory constraints, capital efficiency, and portfolio optimization. Build and improve systems, tools, and workflows supporting insurance solutions.
The role requires a deep technical background in insurance SAA, actuarial modeling, or insurance investment solutions, as well as strong understanding of insurance regulation and capital frameworks.
