
Job description
The Insurance Strategist will play a critical role in Wellington's global insurance business, building, scaling, and institutionalizing insurance solutions capability. The role is foundational to maintain existing insurance relationships, enabling complex mandates, and scaling the platform efficiently.
Lead and execute insurance-specific SAA work, build and improve systems, tools, and workflows supporting insurance solutions, and serve as technical authority in client discussions.
The role requires a deep technical background in insurance SAA, actuarial modeling, or insurance investment solutions, strong understanding of insurance regulation and capital frameworks, and ability to build and work with quantitative models and analytical tools.
