Create accurate and detailed erection drawings for EFCO forming systems with minimal supervision. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to resolve design challenges, ensure quality standards, and mentor entry-level designers while enhancing team efficiency.

Requirements

• Develop moderately complex erection drawings for custom and standard jobs
• Identify and resolve design issues
• Serve as a key contact for project-related questions
• Support onboarding and technical growth of junior drafters
