Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant supports consultants by providing ongoing assistance in all aspects of client engagements and plays an ownership role in the oversight of administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• A minimum of 5 years' experience serving in an administrative function, ideally within a professional services firm
• Organized multi-tasker with ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines
• Resourceful problem solver with ability to work in ambiguous environments
• Self-starter with excellent work ethic and self-assured
• Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Natural collaborator with desire to help foster and preserve a company culture
