The company is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support the team with daily responsibilities and various ad hoc projects, enabling them to concentrate on strategic, high-impact efforts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, banking, or startup business operations
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making
