Eikon Therapeutics is seeking a Stock Administration Senior Manager to lead and scale the company’s equity administration function during a period of significant growth and increased regulatory complexity. The Director will partner closely with senior leadership across Finance, Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations, and external vendors, translating company strategy into effective equity administration practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in Finance or HR with 6+ years of experience in stock administration, equity compensation, finance, legal operations, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience administering equity compensation programs in a high-growth public company environment.
- Strong understanding of equity compensation vehicles, tax implications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, SOX).
- Proven experience working on complex, ambiguous issues and translating business strategy into operational plans.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and navigating competing priorities to drive business outcomes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in biotech, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS and equity management platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, Fidelity, and E*TRADE (Equity Edge Online).
