Senior Stock Administrator

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Stock Administrator to manage day-to-day administration of equity compensation programs, including RSUs, stock options, and other incentive plans. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of equity plan administration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in equity administration, preferably in a public company environment.
• Complete knowledge of equity compensation types (RSUs, stock options, ESPP) and related tax/regulatory requirements.
• Experience with equity administration platforms (e.g., Shareworks, Equity Edge, Carta).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-experts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
