Job Description
The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Stock Plan Administrator to assist with the administration of equity programs for all global employees. The role will involve processing equity award grants, vesting, and release of restricted stock units (RSUs) and stock option exercises, as well as administering the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
Requirements
- 5+ years of stock administration experience, including administration of plans with stock options, RSUs and ESPP
- Familiar with SEC rules and regulations related to equity disclosures
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer service oriented and able to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Experience with Equity Edge Online, Workiva, Power Automation and Workday
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- CEP designation preferred, or in process
- Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state and global taxation of equity compensation requirements
- Advanced Excel skills, with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables experience
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic
