Job Description
The Stock Plan Administrator will administer and manage all aspects of the company’s equity compensation plan, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure timely and accurate execution. The role requires a strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach, with ability to organize and analyze financial data quickly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 is required
- 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration for a publicly traded company
- Experience with navigating E*Trade Equity Edge Online (EEO) or similar platforms
- Knowledge of insider trading rules
- Proficiency in Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4 and 5) a plus but not required
- Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation
