Eisenhower Center is a leading provider of neurorehabilitation services for individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury, anoxia, and stroke. Founded in 1993, the organization has grown to become Michigan’s only Upper Peninsula TBI rehabilitation facility and operates a 68‑acre residential campus on a hobby farm in Manchester, a geriatric community home in Ann Arbor, and a Jacksonville, FL location. The center offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary care—including physical, occupational, speech‑language, and behavioral therapies, as well as vocational support, substance‑abuse prevention, and veteran‑focused programming—delivered by a 100 % employee‑owned team. High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and previous experience in healthcare or caregiving
Patient Care Technician (PCT)
High school diploma or GED, 0-1 year experience in healthcare field
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
High School Diploma, Driver's license, Certification as a Medical Assistant
Direct Care Associate (DCA)
High school diploma or GED, valid driver license, and experience in healthcare field
Custodial Worker
Valid driver’s license, ability to lift and move items, time management skills, team player, and work skills displaying thoroughness in cleaning
Resident Care Aide (RCA)
High school diploma or GED, previous healthcare experience, and strong communication skills required
Vocational Counselor
2+ years of experience, vocational counseling degree or similar training
Clinical Case Manager Supervisor (Manager of Supports Coordination)
5 years of experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings and LMSW, LMSW, LPC, or MLP licensure
Direct Care Worker (DCW)
High school diploma or GED, valid driver license, and previous experience in healthcare field
Direct Service Professional (DSP)
High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and previous experience in healthcare field preferred
