Job Description
We are seeking a Resident Care Aide to provide exceptional care and redirect behaviors for residents with CMH/TBI. The ideal candidate has a caregiving background, experience with direct care, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Provide opportunities for residents to meet their goals
- Adhere to person-centered plans and behavior plans
- Provide quality care and safe setting for residents
- Transport residents and attend appointments
- Remain awake and accessible for 24/7 care
- Maintain zero advisements for performance issues
- Be on time for shifts and attend shift report
- Document accurately and completely
- Comply with organizational training and policies
- Maintain full engagement with residents
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and no poor paraverbal usage
