Direct Care Associate (DCA)

We are seeking a Direct Care Associate (DCA) to provide care and support to residents at Eisenhower Center in Manchester, MI. The ideal candidate will have a caregiving background, experience providing exceptional care, and knowledge of CMH/TBI residents.

Requirements

• Provide opportunities for residents to meet their goals
• Adhere to person-centered plans and behavior plans
• Provide quality care and maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Transport residents and attend appointments
• Remain awake and accessible for 24/7 care
• Work a set schedule consistently and pick up additional shifts with approval
