The Revenue Cycle Specialist is responsible for processing the company's third-party medical claims, preparing and submitting claims, addressing questions from insurance companies, and monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments. The role involves meeting and exceeding established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and departmental metrics. The position is fully in office with option to transfer into a hybrid role in the future.
