Product Development and Sourcing Manager (Pest Control)

We’re redefining pest control by creating safe, effective, and science-backed solutions. We’re looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Manager to lead the creation, formulation, and production of our next generation of pest defense products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pest control product development, sourcing, or formulation
• Direct experience with EPA 25(b) exempt formulations and natural pest control ingredients
• Strong technical knowledge of essential oils, surfactants, carriers, and natural actives used in pest repellents
