Product Development and Sourcing Manager (Pest Control)

eJam is seeking a Product Development & Sourcing Manager - Pest Control to lead the creation, formulation, and production of their next generation of pest defense products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing or sourcing pest control formulations and has worked directly with formulators, contract manufacturers, or brands in the pest control industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pest control product development, sourcing, or formulation
• Direct experience with EPA 25(b) exempt formulations and natural pest control ingredients
• Strong technical knowledge of essential oils, surfactants, carriers, and natural actives used in pest repellents
• Proven ability to manage contract manufacturers, labs, and testing facilities
• Familiarity with EPA, FIFRA, and state-level regulatory frameworks for pest control products
