Requirements

5+ years of experience in pest control product development, sourcing, or formulation (brand, formulator, or contract manufacturer).
Direct experience with EPA 25(b) exempt formulations and natural pest control ingredients.
Strong technical knowledge of essential oils, surfactants, carriers, and natural actives used in pest repellents.
Proven ability to manage contract manufacturers, labs, and testing facilities.
Familiarity with EPA, FIFRA, and state-level regulatory frameworks for pest control products.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent communication and project management skills across international teams.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (estimated 20–30% of time).
