Job Description
BugMD is looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Manager – Pest Control to lead the creation, formulation, and production of their next generation of pest defense products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pest control product development, sourcing, or formulation
- Direct experience with EPA 25(b) exempt formulations and natural pest control ingredients
- Strong technical knowledge of essential oils, surfactants, carriers, and natural actives used in pest repellents
- Proven ability to manage contract manufacturers, labs, and testing facilities
- Familiarity with EPA, FIFRA, and state-level regulatory frameworks for pest control products
