Product Development and Sourcing Manager (Pest Control)

We're looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Manager – Pest Control to lead the creation, formulation, and production of our next generation of pest defense products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pest control product development, sourcing, or formulation (brand, formulator, or contract manufacturer)
• Direct experience with EPA 25(b) exempt formulations and natural pest control ingredients
• Strong technical knowledge of essential oils, surfactants, carriers, and natural actives used in pest repellents
• Proven ability to manage contract manufacturers, labs, and testing facilities
• Familiarity with EPA, FIFRA, and state-level regulatory frameworks for pest control products
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication and project management skills across international teams
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (estimated 20–30% of time)
