Job Description
eJam is a bootstrapped consumer products company looking for a Product Development and Sourcing Manager to lead the creation, formulation, and production of pest defense products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pest control product development, sourcing, or formulation
- Direct experience with EPA 25(b) exempt formulations and natural pest control ingredients
- Strong technical knowledge of essential oils, surfactants, carriers, and natural actives used in pest repellents
- Familiarity with EPA, FIFRA, and state-level regulatory frameworks for pest control products
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and project management skills across international teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (estimated 20–30% of time)
