Job Description
Expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service sought for full-time position. Leverage expertise to stabilize, evolve, and optimize the module Field Service. Collaborate with business analysts, key users, and IT teams. Work in a dynamic environment with a focus on Power Platform, ERP, and CRM integration.
Requirements
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP)
- Master of integration and synchronization mechanisms via Dual Write
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience in TMA/RUN/support applicative
- Good understanding of complex ERP/CRM environments
- Ability to evolve in an environment with strong outsourcing
- Structured, autonomous, and improvement-oriented profile with a functional orientation (Business Analyst/Expert applicative)
- Ability to interact with Business Analysts, key users, and technical teams
