Job Description
We're looking for a Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and that team members adhere to company standards. As a Shift Leader, you'll lead your team to provide fire-grilled experiences that keep guests coming back while growing as a leader.
Requirements
- 1 year of Shift Lead experience in restaurants
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Certified on all EPL SPECS positions or 1 or more years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire
