Job Description
Join our elite team of healthcare professionals and play a huge role in the growth of the home care industry. As a Home Health Scheduler, you will coordinate patient visits, support clinicians, and ensure every patient gets the care they need, when they need it.
Requirements
- 1+ year scheduling or healthcare coordination experience
- Home health scheduling experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn systems quickly
