Elara Caring is seeking a Home Health Scheduler to support Administrators in scheduling patient visits and manage direct care team member schedules to ensure adequate and timely patient care visits. Join our team to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree is preferred
• 1 year of practical experience required
• 1 year of experience of patient scheduling in the home care agency setting is strongly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
