Scheduler (Home Care)

The Scheduler plays a vital role in supporting timely, compassionate Home Health care across Southeast Michigan, coordinating patient schedules with a focus on clinician continuity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• 1–2 years scheduling in a healthcare setting highly preferred
• Understanding of medical terminology
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
• Ability to type 50 wpm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Working knowledge of standard office equipment
