Job Description
Elara Caring is hiring a Hospice Master Social Worker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, 1+ year of social work experience in a healthcare setting, and a current State License as a Social Worker. They will be responsible for assessing patients, implementing plans for patient safety, and communicating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education
- 1+ year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Current State License as a Social Worker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Social work skills as defined as general social work standards
