Job Description

As a Medical Social Worker, you will assess patients' needs, develop plans for patient safety, and provide care according to physician orders. Requirements
- Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work
- 1+ year of social work experience in a healthcare setting
- Current State License as a Social Worker
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds
