Registered Nurse RN - Home Health

We are looking for a Registered Nurse Home Health to join our team at Elara Caring. As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you will contribute to our success by providing high-quality care to patients in their preferred home setting. Requirements

• Current, unrestricted state RN license.
• 1+ year experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Previous Home Health or Hospice Experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with HomeCare HomeBase is preferred.
• Able and willing to travel within the branch/office coverage area.
• Must be able and willing to travel 50%.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
