Registered Nurse RN - Home Health

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to join our team at Elara Caring. As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their preferred home setting. We offer a competitive compensation package, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive insurance plans.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted state RN license
• 1+ year experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred
• Previous Home Health or Hospice Experience is preferred
• Previous experience with HomeCare HomeBase is preferred
• Able and willing to travel within the branch/office coverage area
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and insurance and reliable transportation to perform job tasks
