Requirements
- Experience in high-volume recruiting (healthcare or service industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work in a process-driven, metrics-focused environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and execute quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing platforms
