Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting for volume roles.
- Experience with the Workday HR platform is preferred, but not essential.
- Fluent in English and Polish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
