Sales Support Specialist

Support the sales team by preparing and processing customer accounts, gathering and reviewing sales data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Engage with customers to understand their needs and respond to inquiries in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically two to four years of relevant clerical or administrative experience
• Strong computer navigation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify and resolve exceptions
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
