We are looking for our next Area Manager to lead the branch network across the areas of the South West, Greater Southern, and the South Coast of WA. This full-time, permanent position would suit a dynamic and inclusive leader who values innovation and developing people.

- Managing the performance and development of employees within the Area.

- Actively participating in strategy and planning for the Area and State.
- Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products.
- Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture.
- Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
