Area Manager

We are looking for an Area Manager to lead the branch network across the region of Gippsland in Victoria. This full-time, permanent position would suit a dynamic and experienced sales leader with a strong commercial agribusiness understanding who values innovation and developing people.

Requirements

• Lead and support Branch Managers to deliver on business priorities and elevate team performance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations that strengthen the growth of their businesses
• Communicating clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture
• Contributing to & implementing Elders operational plans within the State and Area to guide & ensure delivery of the overall business strategy
• Cultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders’ presence
• Actively participating in strategy and planning for the area and state
• Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture
