Job Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Real Estate Sales Manager with Elders, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver strong sales results while building lasting relationships with clients and the local community.
Requirements
- Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales and earnings targets across a variety of property types.
- Coach and develop staff to ensure best practices and consistent service delivery, supporting team members with diverse real estate backgrounds, including sales support and administration.
- Manage the performance and development of direct reports through structured feedback and goal setting.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and identify new sales opportunities across residential, rural, lifestyle, and broadacre markets.
- Represent Elders in the community through events, marketing campaigns, and local initiatives such as field days, expos, and property visits.
