Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in the metals sector
• 6+ years in senior sales leadership
• Extensive expertise in iron and steel metallics
• Familiarity with upstream iron ore markets
• Exceptional communication skills
• Advanced analytical and business acumen
• Proven negotiation expertise
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly skilled in influencing and stakeholder management
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively
