We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of electrochemical cell manufacturing processes at Electra. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and judgment to solve complex manufacturing and production readiness challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated success leading complex manufacturing process development efforts with minimal supervision
- Advanced understanding of manufacturing process design, electrochemical systems, and production readiness
- Strong experience with DFM, DFA, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and part drawing review
- Proficiency in CAD for complex mechanical, fixture, and tooling design
