Job Description
The IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist role is responsible for supporting and improving the company’s technology environment across all U.S. and Mexico operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT systems, infrastructure, or application support experience
- Experience with outsourced IT provider coordination
- Technical skills: SQL, C#, LINQ, networking basics, Windows systems, Microsoft 365 admin
- Experience using Power BI, Power Automate, or similar automation tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
