Job Description
Electric Hydrogen is looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer to lead the implementation of assembly and lamination processes. The role will involve designing processes, resolving process-related issues, and performing hands-on experimentation to understand and resolve problems in new process implementation and ongoing manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Polymers, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years experience with lamination of thin film layers
- Experience with large size lamination tools such as hydraulic presses, bladder presses, and R2R nip rollers
- Experience with tool procurement from start to finish (ERS, FAT, SAT process and tool install and commissioning efforts)
- Startup environment experience
- Experience with electrolyzers, fuel cells, or similar electrochemical systems
