2nd Shift Facilitator (Learning, Development, and Training)

Responsible for organizing, preparing, and executing training in Production; keeping employees trained and prepared for quality, productivity, and safety at Electric Machinery Company. Partners with Production employees to ensure active participation in training opportunities.

Requirements

• Associates degree from a two-year college in a related field or certificate in related field
• 5+ years equivalent work experience in a training role
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written communication
• Ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality
