Lead project teams, establish project execution approaches, oversee project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities. Participate in budgeting, sales and operations planning, and project recovery efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program
• Minimum five (5) years of related experience in managing Turnkey EPC power delivery projects
• Experience in leading EPC projects: Utility Transmission, Interconnection substation projects
• Proven ability to develop business and establish relationships with clients
• Ability to identify opportunities and lead proposal / pursuit efforts
• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
