Project Coordinator

Role Overview

We are designing the grid of the future! The Project Coordinator supports the PMO Manager by assisting in gathering information across multiple projects, creating and updating schedules, and tracking budgets to contribute to the successful completion and delivery of projects.

What You Will Do

Generate and maintain task schedules, coordinate with team members, monitor project budgets and expenses, communicate potential delays, assist with invoice management, and work with clients and internal teams.

• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling, budget tracking, and documentation
• Understanding of fundamental project management concepts and methodologies
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, processes, and needs
• Familiarity with project management tools and software for scheduling and tracking
• Higher Education degree preferred
• Certificate, or equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• Experience in project coordination or administrative role
• Proficiency in using basic office software and project management tools (MS Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with project management concepts and tools is a plus
• Exposure to business or engineering environments through internships or coursework
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
