
Job description
Support project managers and sales teams in coordinating lighting, controls, or switchgear projects for commercial clients. Create quotes and orders using Job Management and Solar Eclipse systems. Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare submittals for customer review and design approval. Address shipping-related concerns and project inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service. Assist with other project-related or administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or the electrical construction industry. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Solar ERP is a plus.
