Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of company products and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to navigate various vendor websites and business systems
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to three years experience with an electrical distributor
- Prior experience with HubSpot a plus
- Computer literacy and manual dexterity for data entry
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to adapt to new methods and programs
