HR Generalist

Electromed is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, and employee changes. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Human Resources or related field, 5+ years of HR experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• BS degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience
• Experience and knowledge in all areas of Human Resources
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience in dealing with employee issues and employee relations successfully
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Comfortable with ambiguity, independent worker
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or related software, excel, HRIS and ATS systems
• PEO vendor experienced preferred
