Job Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle, promoting Emtech's corporate values, and shaping a positive culture.
Requirements
- Proven working experience (5+ years) in Human Resources
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and databases
- Benefits Administration experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of Federal/State labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
