Manager, FP&A

We are seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), to provide financial guidance on key business decisions, delivery of financial commitments, and ensure optimal deployment of capital.

Requirements

• Work closely with the Commercial, R&D and Corporate teams
• Develop accurate and timely monthly reports, quarterly financial forecasts, annual budgets, long-range plans, and expense tracking
• Provide detailed analysis, and proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Develop strong partnership with internal groups and Finance colleagues
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of the financial statements and compliance with SMPA policies and procedures
• Advise team and engage in investment decisions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate technical issues with clarity to non-financial individuals
