Scheduler IV

Coordinate project schedules, perform contractor schedule reviews, evaluate contract change orders, and conduct construction/project site visits. Analyze actual expenditures and prepare cost-loaded schedules. Understand and apply contracts, policies, and procedures within Build LACCD guidelines. Excellent communication and flexibility required.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field.
• Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
